Buti yoga is a calorie scorching workout that fuses power yoga with cardio intensive, body sculpting, primal movement. Instead of traditional linear movements, Buti uses the Spiral Structure Technique to challenge the body along all planes of motion. This sculpts and tones the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body. Buti is a Marathi Indian word for “the cure to something that has been hidden away or kept a secret.” Beyond the physical benefits, Buti is a practice of going within to discover your full potential and cure any previous disillusionment of fear, lack, or weakness.
Buti Flow takes the energy and atmosphere of a Buti Yoga class and slows it down a bit. Using power yoga and the Spiral Structure Technique as it’s base, Buti Flow is a great way to both strengthen and stretch the body. This class removes the high intensity cardio and plyometrics from a traditional Buti class. It’s great for beginners or experienced Butisattvas.
Sculpt is a 30 minute convenient fat burning workout that maximizes functional core strength. This class builds long, lean muscle with HIIT (high intensity interval training). HIIT kicks the body into a heightened metabolic state and optimizes the body’s ability to burn fat through maximum heart rate and maximum effort. Sculpt optimizes the body’s metabolism, balances hormones, and enhances cellular repair for up to 36 hours beyond the time of workout. In between sets, you will move to restorative yoga asanas to stretch and lengthen.
HotCore is a 30 minute class, broken into pre-sequenced sets to maximize muscle toning, look, and functionality. This class utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique to engage the deep muscles of the core. This practice is done in socks to facilitate fluid “drag” or friction creating resistance. In between sets, you will move to restorative yoga asanas to stretch and lengthen. If you’re looking to enhance core strength or push the limits of your yoga practice, this class is for you.
Take your yoga practice to another level by adding elements of weight training. Fit Flow uses free weights to challenge you in each yoga pose and adds in calisthenic training to intensify your practice.

Hot Buti is a soulful blend of power yoga, tribal dance & conditioning, with the focus on deep abdominal toning through the Buti Yoga Spiral Structure Technique. Be sure to ARRIVE TO CLASS HYDRATED and dress appropriately for the heat.
Heated classes will flush toxins from the skin, improve your strength and allow you to safely go deeper into poses and stretches. Working in the heat helps the body to relax, improves breathing, and focuses the mind, which develops better mental concentration.

Buti Bands workouts follow the same HIIT style as Sculpt but use resistance bands to make the movement patterns even more challenging. Buti Bands follows the same 4 rounds of 5 sets like Sculpt, but with a high-intensity intervals ranging from 25-40 seconds and low-intensity of 10-30 seconds. While other HIIT style workouts use the low interval to rest, Sculpt and Bands workouts utilize strategic yoga postures to prevent injury and facilitate muscle recovery.
Reset, recharge and renew with this Not-so-typical Vinyasa class. We link breath and big sweeping movements to connect one posture to another. Strength and mobility are key for smooth transitions moving to the beat of a seriously chill playlist. Great for all levels.
